Elizabeth C. Starkey assists her clients with all aspects of their accounting, taxation, and estate planning goals and needs. She is dedicated to accomplishing this mission with high standards of excellence, expertise and professionalism.

Elizabeth C. Starkey, CPA

Elizabeth C. Starkey became a sole proprietor in 2009 after retiring from her previous firm of Starkey & Company.

Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Florida State University, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston.

Elizabeth has volunteered with several non-profit organizations, such as the American Cancer Society and the University of Houston Alumni Association, by serving on the Board of Directors and other Committees.
